Our Pre-scripted Programmes have been designed through tried and tested methods, with a high success rate in both performance and athlete satisfaction. We recommend these programmes to those who are looking to try something outside of their normal training capacity. They are appropriate for complete novice and elite athletes alike for the simple reason that no one is perfect!
The different borders signify different programme groupings, single borders are what we view as the core programmes and double borders are programmes containing exercise variations, for when you want to make it that little bit harder.
